Report Iran

What started as a personal space for notes and news on Iran has grown into a richer resource, sharing deeper insights and stories.

I first launched this weblog in 2006, at the same time as another Persian-language weblog that I run. My aim was to archive and preserve articles and notes that I write in English—both for my own future reference and for public access.

However, for various reasons, this activity has been marked by long interruptions. Although I have written many pieces in English, a number of them have not yet been published on this weblog.

I hope that once this activity becomes more consistent and sustained, I will also be able to redesign the site’s appearance and structure in a more fitting and refined manner.

It should be emphasised that materials prepared through direct quotations (or summarised) from speakers or analysts do not imply endorsement of their viewpoints, nor of the statistics or information they present, unless I have explicitly confirmed them myself. Accordingly, I bear no responsibility for the opinions, information, or data provided by others that are quoted in my posts.

Finally, the use of my writings and materials is permitted on the condition that:

1. The content is not altered in any way, and

2. The source is clearly cited.

If you have critical feedback or suggested corrections, please use the form available on the homepage and in the sidebar of most posts.
